Yummy Antioxidant Vitamin-Packed Smoothie in Pre-Packed Bags


This smoothie is so good, it’s hard to believe it’s healthy. There are tons of vitamins packed into this treat. Kids like it, too.

For each smoothie you need:
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 handful of fresh spinach
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
1/2 ripe banana
A handful of ice.
Place in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink up and enjoy!

You can pre-pack all of the ingredients (except the ice) into sandwich bags. As long as you start with fresh ingredients, these will be fine in the fridge for one week. Once-a-week prep is all you need. All you’ll have to do is dump the pack and a handful of ice into your blender. image

These make pretty good freezer pops for kids or adults, too!
