Holiday Lobster Bisque for 8

12 oz lobster meat
2/3 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
6 tbsp. flour
6 cups of milk
2 tsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. paprika

Marinate lobster in sherry for 20 minutes. In a double boiler over simmering water, melt butter and blend in the flour. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth and thickened. Add steak sauce and paprika. Stirring until smooth and evenly distributed. Add lobster with sherry, cover, simmer about 10 minutes.
This recipe makes 8 servings.
