3 large avocados (Peeled and seeded)
1 cup of small curd cottage cheese
1 tsp. fresh garlic finely chopped and mashed (or substitute 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1 tbsp. green onion finely sliced.
Mash avocados until smooth. Add garlic, onion, and cottage cheese. Mix well, do not use blender or masher. Refrigerate, covered tightly, for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to open. Stir.
