ULTRA-Easy Individual Caramel Apple Pies


You will need:

Large muffin tin- coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Package of pie crust (any brand is fine)

2 cans Ready made Apple Pie filling (your favorite is fine)

Whipped topping

Caramel Sauce

Pre-heat oven to 375f.  Roll out and quarter the pie crust, then put each quarter into the muffin tin with the three corners sticking up.

Fill each one 2/3 full with apple pie filling, top with 1 teaspoon of caramel sauce, and fold over the edges. No need to press anything together, just fold them over. Place in the oven on 350f and bake for about 25 minutes.

When the crust is golden brown, remove from oven and cool. Top with whipped cream, and add a little caramel sauce. Viola!
